1992 became certified as a Official International Referee..
Refereed in Argentina at the 1992 World Jiu-Jitsu Championships (Canada won First Place)
Assistant Jiu-Jitsu Instructor at the Oakville Y.M.C.A. 1980-1998
Since 1998 Chief Jiu-Jitsu Instructor at the Oakville Y.M.C.A.
November 2011 Promoted to 7th degree Black Belt (Shichidan)
April 2013 Member of the Canadian Jiu-Jitsu Council Grading Board.
